This hotel has amazing staff who are so friendly and helpful. the location is fantastic. I walked everywhere needed in the city, even to the beach. i found a lovely café nearby that offered good vegan options. i really loved the rooftop terrace, especially its little pool.
The breakfast offered no salad or fruit options. It was a very limited menu.

natali, one of the staff members, really were really nice when my day tour was canceled. she arranged transportation with an infant seat, lunch reservations, and beach time for ten adults and a baby. the front desk agent toni provided great service.

the breakfast included a good selection. it met my expectations.
the air conditioning emitted a really bad smell. it disappeared only when i switched it off. additionally, the rooms lacked a towel dryer, and humidity levels were noticeably high..

The breakfast options provided a good start to each day with fresh and tasty selections. the hotel staff was very friendly. They were always ready to help. i liked that the room faced the back because it ensured it was very quiet.
the wi-fi signal was sometimes a bit weak, but it did not severely affect my stay.
